We want you to love your 21 Draw apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
